Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect / Façade Designer with specialized knowledge in Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) facades. This role requires a creative professional capable of designing innovative façade solutions and delivering detailed technical drawings that meet architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing both 2D and 3D designs for GRC and GRP façade projects. You will prepare comprehensive shop and fabrication drawings, ensuring all designs comply with project requirements and quality standards. Collaborating closely with project teams, you will coordinate architectural details to facilitate smooth execution and installation of façade systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Rhino for efficient design modeling and documentation.
• In-depth understanding of façade systems, architectural detailing, and construction methods related to GRC and GRP materials.
• Experience producing precise shop drawings and fabrication packages that guide production and installation processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different project disciplines and stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have practical experience designing façades using GRC and GRP within architectural projects. Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is highly advantageous due to familiarity with local standards and construction practices.
