Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architectural design and site execution within the construction industry, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for implementing architectural works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. This includes supervising finishing tasks, coordinating closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and various disciplines to maintain smooth project progress. Monitoring the quality of work, overseeing the use of materials and manpower, and preparing comprehensive daily reports on site activities and any technical challenges are essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in construction projects with a focus on architectural works and finishes.
• Strong ability to interpret and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials and execution standards.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict project deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software relevant to architectural engineering.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
