Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Architectural Engineer / Draftsman with proven expertise in modern architectural design software and BIM technologies. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires candidates to hold a valid Saudi Arabian Iqama. The ideal professional will have hands-on experience with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max, enabling the delivery of high-quality architectural plans and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will work closely with architects and engineers to produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating accurate designs using BIM software, developing 3D visualizations, and collaborating on project documentation. Ensuring designs meet client requirements and industry standards will be essential.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and design
• Experience with SketchUp and Lumion for conceptual modeling and rendering
• Ability to create detailed 3D models and animations using 3ds Max
• Good understanding of architectural principles and construction documentation

Requirements

Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess a valid Iqama. Prior experience working in architectural design environments using the specified software tools is necessary. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are highly valued to ensure successful project collaboration.
