We are currently seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Architect Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers the chance to contribute to significant construction projects by ensuring accurate site supervision and quality control aligned with architectural plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architect Site Engineer, your main duties will include:

• Overseeing on-site construction activities to verify they align with architectural drawings and project specifications
• Liaising and coordinating effectively with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitoring construction quality and tracking progress to meet deadlines
• Identifying and resolving design or execution issues that arise on-site
• Ensuring all operations comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Proven experience in site supervision, ideally ranging from one to five years
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit software for architectural design and documentation
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Expertise

• Experience managing large-scale or commercial architectural projects
• Good knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in Saudi Arabia
