Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain contacts within the construction industry to support manpower requirements.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives targeted at civil and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Manage company marketing activities to enhance visibility and client engagement.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the construction sector, preferably in Riyadh.
• Established contacts related to manpower recruitment for civil and MEP projects.
• Valid Iqama and driving license are mandatory.
