Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing functions by:

• Assisting with the preparation of quotations and timely follow-ups
• Promoting the company’s products and services to potential customers
• Contributing to social media activities and basic marketing initiatives
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating sales reports regularly
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Female, Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Fresh graduate or no prior work experience required
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Eagerness to learn and commitment to personal growth
• Positive attitude with confidence to engage customers

Preferred Qualifications

Although not compulsory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic conversational skills in English (in addition to Arabic)
