Job Overview
Beyond Middle East is looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out and Joinery team based in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and securing projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors. The position offers a competitive base salary starting from SAR 4,000 per month along with attractive commissions and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities related to interior fit-out, joinery, and renovation projects. Tasks include lead generation through cold calls, networking events, referrals, site visits, and market research. You will engage with prospective clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors to promote our services.
Additionally, you will prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations, while following up diligently on inquiries and tenders to maximize project conversions. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business is essential. Collaboration with estimation, design, and project teams will ensure proposals and project requirements are submitted on time. Meeting monthly and annual sales targets and accurately documenting all sales activities in the CRM system are key performance areas. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities will also be crucial to your success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience within the interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or related industries in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
- An existing network of contacts with consultants, contractors, architects, facility managers, and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia will be a strong plus.
- Experience working on commercial office, retail, hospitality projects, and custom joinery solutions is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary starting at SAR 4,000 per month with an attractive commission scheme.
