We are seeking a skilled Arabic-speaking professional to manage quotation preparation, tendering, and marketing coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in handling both government and private sector tenders, conducting market research, and supporting business development through strategic marketing and proposal management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates, managing online tender submissions, and conducting competitive bidding processes. They will also oversee coordination with suppliers and clients, perform market analysis and price comparisons for materials and goods, and assist in the preparation of both technical and commercial proposals. Additionally, the role involves supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to business development activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Comprehensive understanding of quotation processes and tender management
• Proven experience in online bidding and tender applications
• Strong knowledge of market pricing for various materials and goods
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with strong documentation skills
