Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh and lead the expansion of our HVAC services. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities within HVAC, ducting, and ventilation sectors by building strong client relationships and effectively promoting our offerings in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects and clients, preparing competitive quotations, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. This includes regular visits to construction sites, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients to strengthen our market presence and ensure client satisfaction.

• Identify and generate new leads for HVAC and ventilation projects
• Visit active construction sites and engage with key industry professionals
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on project quotations promptly
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and marketing targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in HVAC or construction marketing, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with the Riyadh construction market is highly desirable, as is proficiency in both Arabic and English. A valid Saudi driving license is preferred to support site visits and client meetings.

• Proven experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or related construction marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Valid Saudi driving license is a plus
• Knowledge of Riyadh’s construction industry landscape
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
