Al Najm Al Saeed Company Limited is seeking a skilled Tendering, Quotation, Sales and Marketing Coordinator to enhance our team in Riyadh. This role requires an individual fluent in Arabic and English, with hands-on experience in managing quotation processes, tender submissions, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities coupled with a thorough understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

The coordinator will be responsible for preparing and submitting detailed quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely and accurate manner. Coordination with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding pricing and project specifications is essential. Managing compliance and follow-up related to tender documentation is a critical part of this role. Additionally, supporting marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth, maintaining client databases and sales records, as well as following up on quotations and inquiries, form core elements of the job. Assisting in creating marketing materials and presentations will also be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
• Proven experience in quotation preparation, tendering, and online bidding platforms.
• Sound knowledge of sales and marketing strategies with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and suppliers successfully.
• Good understanding of market pricing trends and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and professional email communication.
