Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily office operations including administration and documentation. You will coordinate appointments and ensure smooth workflow within the office. Additionally, you will conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, follow up on leads, maintain accurate customer records, and provide vital administrative assistance to the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call centers, telemarketing, or client calling roles is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach.
  • Positive mindset and the capability to perform in a target-driven environment.
  • Possession of a transferable Iqama is preferred.
