Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Riyadh office. This full-time role requires a dynamic professional with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising. The successful candidate will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on reducing customer acquisition costs while driving high-quality lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop comprehensive strategies aimed at generating strong lead volumes and improving lead quality.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize to lower acquisition costs while maximizing return on investment.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates effectively.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics regularly to provide actionable insights and improve marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with teams handling landing pages and user experience to ensure seamless customer journeys from ad click to lead capture.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in paid advertising and performance marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in managing ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret tracking data, pixels, and metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• A proactive mindset focused on experimentation, testing new creatives, hooks, and audience targeting approaches.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Riyadh for an in-office position.
