Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Customs Clearance and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing customs clearance processes while actively contributing to marketing efforts to foster business growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customs Clearance Duties:

• Manage import and export customs clearance procedures in full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Liaise with customs authorities, ports, shipping lines, and transportation companies to ensure smooth clearance operations.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, invoices, manifests, and other necessary clearance paperwork.
• Monitor shipment statuses closely to guarantee timely clearance and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies related to customs clearance.
• Resolve any customs-related challenges and maintain accurate documentation records.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Promote company services effectively and seek new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Develop quotations, marketing presentations, and client reports to support sales efforts.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitor activities.
• Assist management in meeting sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in customs clearance and marketing within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Possession of a valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship is an advantage.

Employment Conditions

The selected candidate will undergo a probationary/test period lasting up to two months. Confirmation of transfer of employee sponsorship will be processed only after successful completion of this probation and a satisfactory performance review.
