Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customs Clearance & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for handling customs clearance activities, coordinating with related authorities, and supporting business development and marketing activities to expand company operations and client relations.

Key Responsibilities
Customs Clearance Responsibilities
Handle import/export customs clearance procedures in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with customs authorities, ports, shipping lines, and transport companies.
Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, manifests, and clearance paperwork.
Follow up on shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Ensure compliance with Saudi customs laws and company procedures.
Resolve customs-related issues and maintain proper documentation records.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
Promote company services and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, marketing presentations, and client reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of strong and proven experience in customs clearance and marketing within Saudi Arabia.
Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and related regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
Valid Iqama and transferable status preferred.
Important Employment Condition
The candidate must successfully complete a probation/test period of a maximum of 2 months.
The company will process the employee transfer/sponsorship transfer only after successful completion of the probation/test period and satisfactory performance evaluation.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations.
Client relationship management experience.
Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
