Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This role is key in managing all project documentation and supporting daily operational processes to ensure smooth business functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing document control procedures, coordinating with various stakeholders, and handling compliance documentation, with a strong preference for those familiar with SABER software.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves maintaining and organizing all project-related documents, including incoming and outgoing files. You will ensure strict adherence to document control processes, track revisions diligently, and coordinate submissions and approvals with engineers, suppliers, and clients. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of technical drawings, correspondence, and submittals is essential. Supporting the operations team through coordination and reporting is also a vital part of this role. Preference will be given to candidates who can manage SABER registrations, product certifications, and ensure shipment compliance, facilitating timely approval submissions and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in document control or operational coordination.
  • Familiarity with SABER software strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational abilities combined with excellent communication skills.
