X-Shift in Riyadh is seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Administrator to manage and support their Salesforce platform. This role focuses on Service Cloud and CRM operations, ensuring smooth system configuration and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce administration and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Oversee Service Cloud functionalities and CRM-related activities
- Manage user accounts, configure system settings, and generate reports
- Support integrations with other systems and monitor platform performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification is mandatory
- Proven experience working with Service Cloud and CRM management
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
