Job Overview
We are seeking three experienced Site Administrators cum Coordinators to join our Aramco Well and Pipeline projects immediately. This role demands candidates who possess a strong background in site administration and coordination with a focus on project documentation, logistics, and workforce management. The position offers a competitive salary along with free food, accommodation, and transportation. Candidates must have transferable Iqama and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Having a valid driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The core duties of the Site Admin cum Coordinator will include managing all project-related documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. You will coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth site operations and timely progress across all activities. Monitoring project timelines and installation schedules, reporting delays or issues promptly to management, and producing both regular and ad-hoc progress reports are essential.
In addition, you will oversee site logistics which encompasses material deliveries, workforce allocation, and equipment management. Maintaining inventory levels and raising orders when necessary will be part of your ongoing tasks. The role also involves supporting site office mobilization, managing attendance and employee records, assisting with grievance handling, and ensuring payroll processing through accurate attendance verification.
You will act as a liaison with HR for all site-based employee matters, including leave management, onboarding, and staffing needs. Coordination with procurement and stores teams will be required to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Moreover, you will contribute to enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar site administration and coordination role on industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Transferable Iqama status is mandatory.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively between stakeholders.
- Proficiency in document management and reporting.
- Driving license is an advantage but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
