Job Overview
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Administrator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an immediate start within an IT and digital transformation-focused organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, with a primary focus on Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other integrated modules.
This role demands a combination of strong technical skills and an understanding of ERP and CRM business processes, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market context.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions including Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement.
- Manage user roles, security permissions, and overall system access control.
- Monitor system health and performance to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
- Oversee system updates, applying patches and handling release management effectively.
- Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, and custom reports to meet business needs.
- Facilitate integration with third-party systems and APIs for seamless operations.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional support to users.
- Collaborate with business units to implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure role-based access control is aligned with corporate policies and local compliance standards.
- Conduct regular user access audits to guarantee security and data governance.
- Manage data migrations, imports, exports, and maintain master data accuracy.
- Support reporting through Microsoft Power BI and other analytical tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of practical experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations or Business Central platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and querying.
- Previous experience working within organizations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
- AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
