Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR & Government Relations Administrator based in Riyadh to oversee vital HR administrative tasks and manage interactions with Saudi government portals. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Saudi labor law compliance and a strong grasp of government documentation processes. Immediate joining is preferred for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Balady. This includes handling employment contract submissions, employee registrations, visa documentation, and coordination with government relations officers for iqama issuance and renewals. Ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations is essential.
In addition to government compliance, the role involves comprehensive HR administration duties. These include maintaining employee records and files, preparing various HR letters—such as salary certificates, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), experience letters, and contract amendments—and managing employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Tracking attendance, leave records, and supporting payroll data preparation are integral parts of the job.
The administrator will also support office administration tasks by organizing company records, aiding in recruitment coordination through interview scheduling and candidate record maintenance, and facilitating smooth internal communication related to human resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid transferable iqama is mandatory.
- Experience navigating Saudi government HR platforms like QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Balady.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and employee documentation requirements.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to draft official HR letters accurately.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage diverse administrative tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from expatriate professionals who have prior experience in HR administration or government relations coordination within Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with GRO responsibilities and labor compliance will be an advantage.
Compensation and Location
This position offers a monthly salary range of SAR 4,000 to SAR 5,000. The workplace is located in the Malaz district of Riyadh.
