Job Overview
We are actively seeking a skilled Executive Secretary to provide dedicated administrative support to the Company President of a reputable hotel chain based in Riyadh. This role is open to Filipino or Indian male candidates who have a proven track record in executive-level assistance and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a wide range of duties to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing important documents, and handling communications efficiently. You will also coordinate travel plans, plan events for the executive team, and oversee special projects and initiatives assigned by the leadership.
Attending executive meetings to take accurate minutes and follow up on action items is essential, alongside organizing files, maintaining accurate records, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Managing expense reports, invoices, and financial documents will also form part of your duties, as well as filtering incoming calls and communications to prioritize critical matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of Arabic considered an advantage.
- Exceptional time management abilities with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing documents and tasks.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Independent problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing international travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of corporate confidentiality and regulatory compliance standards.
- Familiarity with business analytics, reporting tools, CRM software, project management tools, and office automation systems.
