Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling customer inquiries efficiently. In addition, the role involves managing payment transactions accurately as a cashier, including operating the cash register or POS system, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Additional duties involve maintaining organized records and office documents, coordinating with various departments, ensuring a clean and welcoming reception area, and supporting customers with billing or payment questions. Adherence to company policies while processing refunds or exchanges and upholding a professional demeanor at all times are essential.

Requirements
