We are looking for a skilled Document Controller experienced in using the Aconex document management system to join our team in Riyadh. This position requires strong organizational abilities to manage, track, and control project documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage project documents through the Aconex system, ensuring correct workflow and filing procedures are followed.
- Maintain and track the document register to ensure all files are up to date and accessible to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and distribute documents as required.
- Support document control processes by implementing and enforcing company standards.
- Assist in archiving and retrieving documents for audit and project reference purposes.
