We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Field Manager to join our catering operations team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and skilled in managing field operations effectively. The successful candidate will oversee event site workflows, ensuring service quality while coordinating between the central kitchen and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workflow at event locations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Facilitate coordination between central kitchen staff and field service teams to maintain smooth operational processes.
• Lead and manage field staff, promptly addressing and resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, especially during high-pressure events.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English to ensure clear communication across teams.
• In-depth understanding of luxury service standards and protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
