A respected trading company based in Riyadh is urgently seeking a qualified Administrator to support its Accounts and Sales departments. This role is ideal for candidates who hold a transferable Iqama and are ready for immediate employment. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to both accounts and sales operations.
  • Coordinating sales activities and ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping.
  • Supporting the finance team with account reconciliation and invoice tracking.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external clients to facilitate smooth business transactions.
  • Handling communications and follow-ups to maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid transferable Iqama is mandatory.
