Job Overview

A well-established retail company located in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Administrative Operations Officer specialized in Payroll. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 5,000, inclusive of all allowances. The position requires managing payroll operations for a large workforce and is based near Exit 9 in Riyadh. The contract duration is set for two years, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll operations accurately for over 1,000 employees monthly.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to support payroll-related queries and reconciliation.
  • Use ERP systems to streamline payroll activities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to payroll data and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll operations, managing payroll for a large employee base.
  • Strong command of ERP software applications related to payroll processing.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, capable of handling complex data and generating reports.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Possession of a valid Iqama with at least three months validity remaining.
  • The Iqama profession must be either Loading and Unloading Worker or Packing and Packaging Worker.
  • Transferable Iqama is mandatory to qualify for this position.

Work Conditions and Benefits

  • Working hours: 9 hours per day including a one-hour break.
  • Weekly off: Two days per week.
  • Annual leave entitlement: 30 days per year.
  • Medical insurance coverage provided by the employer.
