Hiring: Admin Assistant – Riyadh (Luxury Brand)
We are currently supporting a growing Saudi luxury athleisure brand in Riyadh that is expanding its operations team.
Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Riyadh
Nationality Requirement: Filipino (Female) preferred
Iqama: Transferable preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation and record management
• Supplier and vendor coordination
• Invoice tracking and expense reporting
• Order tracking and logistics coordination
• Administrative and operational support to management
• Assisting in brand activities and internal coordination
We are looking for candidates with:
✔ Strong administrative background
✔ Procurement or supplier coordination experience
✔ Organized and detail-oriented approach
✔ Good communication skills in English
✔ Professional and polished presentation
This role is within a structured and growing retail/fashion environment.
