Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Accounts and Administrative Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves handling crucial administrative tasks and supporting the management of employee records and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using company software, monitoring attendance, and managing annual leave documentation. Additional duties include booking travel tickets for staff, preparing gate passes, drafting and distributing official memos, and compiling monthly attendance reports for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and fundamental computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with excellent record-keeping ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
Compensation and Work Details
