Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role requires a dedicated professional with solid experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar staff, ensuring smooth HR operations and workforce management within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for a wide range of human resource functions such as employee relations, payroll coordination, recruitment support, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Managing the welfare and administration of employees across different job levels will be essential, alongside maintaining clear and effective communication in a diverse work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, with at least 2 to 3 years working in the UAE manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record in managing HR activities for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and employee management systems.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory to facilitate communication.

Benefits and Compensation
