Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Branch Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a school cafeteria located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role demands an individual with solid experience in food service management who can ensure smooth cafeteria operations while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for managing the entire cafeteria operation, including staff supervision, compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining high service standards. Leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient daily operations will be a central part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in cafeteria or food service management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate between staff and stakeholders.
• Experience working in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

Additional Requirements
