We are looking for a skilled Bakery Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at a bakery located in Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of bakery production, quality control, staff supervision, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently. Proficiency in English and practical Arabic communication skills are essential for liaising with the owner and customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Bakery Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient bakery operations. Key duties include managing staff attendance, scheduling, and leave; monitoring cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety standards; supervising production and quality assurance; handling sales and daily cash closing processes; managing inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations; overseeing maintenance tasks; and managing the bakery’s opening and closing procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience working in bakery, restaurant, or food-service operations
• Strong organizational and management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and practical Arabic for customer interactions and order taking
• Ability to independently manage daily operations with a responsible and proactive approach
