Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Qatar. This role offers a competitive salary between 6000 QAR and 7000 QAR, along with a company car and fuel allowance. The position is open to both male and female candidates of any nationality under the age of 40.
Key Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the industrial gases, welding supplies, and related industrial services sectors. This includes managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions based on technical specifications such as gas purity, pressure, and flow requirements. Regular visits to customer sites are a crucial part of this role to maintain and grow client accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within industrial gases, welding supplies, or industrial service industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial customer segments and solution-focused selling approach
- Ability to interpret and understand basic technical requirements related to gas applications
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills
- Valid driving license with a willingness to conduct frequent field visits
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
