Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking a skilled Sales Coverage and Coverage Model Business Analyst to join their Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking and business analysis, focusing on operating model design, strategy, and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities and a deep understanding of corporate and institutional banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst specializing in sales coverage and coverage models, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and developing operating models that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of coverage strategies within banking operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking sectors such as corporate, institutional, or transaction banking, preferably within regional or international financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in business requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with banking products, client management frameworks, coverage models, and wholesale banking data flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including report writing and professional presentations.
• Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools including Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms.
• Relevant certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• High level of integrity, self-management, and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills with a results-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to corporate, institutional, or transaction banking coverage environments will be beneficial. A background in strategy, transformation, and understanding regulatory requirements related to the banking sector strengthens candidacy.
