Job Overview

A well-established trading company in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for female professionals, preferably Filipino, with a strong background in sales coordination. The position involves managing sales activities efficiently while ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to facilitate timely order processing and delivery
• Monitor sales data and prepare performance reports to assist management decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales coordination
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to transfer sponsorship to the new employer
