AW Building Maintenance is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in sales and marketing, preferably within the facility management or related sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation and meeting sales goals to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business leads.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients in the building maintenance industry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Present service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Keep up to date with the Qatar building maintenance market trends to identify opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, ideally in building maintenance or related services.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the building maintenance sector within Qatar.
• Preference will be given to Asian candidates.
