Job Overview

We are urgently seeking 20 motivated Outdoor Sales Agents to join a dynamic, fast-paced field sales team in Qatar. This role focuses on directly engaging customers to promote and sell a variety of products and services, driving growth and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

The Outdoor Sales Agent will play a vital role in achieving sales targets through active customer interaction. Responsibilities include:

• Promoting and selling products and services face-to-face with potential and existing customers
• Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads to expand market reach
• Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals consistently
• Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and special offers to customers
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to support business tracking

Requirements

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria to excel in this position:

• High school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or direct sales will be beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in approaching new prospects
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are considered a plus
• Eligible to work on secondment or visa transfer as required
