We are seeking an experienced and proactive Leasing Supervisor / Team Leader to join a reputable real estate and property management company in Qatar. This role focuses on leading leasing efforts and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with 3 to 5 years of leasing experience, ready to contribute to the team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee leasing operations and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Your daily duties will include negotiating lease agreements, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with property owners and prospective tenants. Effective leadership and motivation of your team members to maximize performance are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in leasing and sales within the real estate sector
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a leasing team
• Ability to start immediately is preferred
• Possession of a transferable visa with a no objection certificate (NOC) is mandatory
