HireRex is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive specializing in real estate to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role involves driving sales growth by identifying new business prospects, showcasing property listings, and closing deals while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your main duties will include:

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate market
• Presenting and promoting residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers
• Organizing and conducting property viewings to assist clients through the decision-making process
• Negotiating prices and terms to successfully finalize sales agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
• A valid driving license issued in Qatar (mandatory)
