Job Overview

Waseef Doha is seeking seasoned procurement professionals to strengthen its Procurement Department. We invite qualified candidates with extensive backgrounds in tendering, contract management, and vendor relations to join our dynamic team based in Waseef, Doha, Qatar.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

We currently have openings for three key roles:

• Tender Specialist: Responsible for managing procurement tender processes including RFQ, RFP, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation.
• Contract Specialist / Quantity Surveyor: Manages contracts with an emphasis on KPIs monitoring, SLA governance, and comprehensive reporting.
• Vendor Specialist: Oversees vendor management activities including selection, negotiation, performance assessment, and compliance enforcement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Tender Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quantity Surveying (QS). Minimum 8 years’ procurement tendering experience, preferably within government or semi-government sectors. CIPS certification is an advantage. Legal eligibility to work in Qatar mandatory; transferable QID is preferred.
• Contract Specialist / Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QS, or Commercial Management. At least 8 years’ experience handling procurement KPIs and SLA governance. Certification in CIPS or contract management is desirable. Must hold legal work eligibility in Qatar; transferable QID preferred.
• Vendor Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or QS. Minimum of 8 years managing vendor relations including negotiation and compliance. CIPS certification preferred. Candidates must be legally permitted to work in Qatar with transferable QID.
