Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the purchasing operations for food, beverage, consumables, and operational supplies across multiple catering sites. This role requires a strategic professional with extensive knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations, particularly within the industrial catering or food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and negotiation to secure favorable terms and high-quality products. You will manage contracts, pricing agreements, and monitor service levels to ensure optimal supplier performance. Additionally, you will supervise purchase requisitions, orders, and inventory management through SAP tools. Leading and mentoring the procurement team to uphold company standards related to quality, food safety, and compliance forms a critical part of your duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven managerial experience in procurement, ideally within industrial catering or the food and beverage sector.
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically the MM/Procurement module, is essential.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, complemented by effective supplier relationship management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and policy adherence.
