Key Responsibilities

The Helpers will support various site activities including material handling and manual labor tasks. Duties include assisting skilled tradespeople, safely operating hand tools, and adhering to all safety protocols while working alongside the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Helper or Semi-Skilled Worker within the Oil & Gas industry
• Previous involvement in shutdowns, turnarounds, or maintenance projects is essential
• Basic understanding of handling materials and performing site-related jobs safely
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions promptly and effectively
• Physical fitness capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual work
• Strong team collaboration, discipline, and reliability

Work Conditions
