Madre Integrated Engineering is currently looking for a dedicated Technical Helper to join their team in the rolling mill sector. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in the steel industry or heavy industrial settings who are physically fit and ready to contribute in a demanding plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Helper will assist in various tasks essential to maintaining smooth operations in the rolling mill. Responsibilities include supporting gas cutting activities, handling materials efficiently, performing slinging and hammering tasks, and ensuring cleanliness through housekeeping duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: Completion of 10th grade or high school.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Technical Helper in a rolling mill, steel industry, or similar heavy industrial environment.
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic understanding of slinging, gas cutting support, material handling, and general housekeeping.
• Strong physical condition and mental resilience to work in a plant setting.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID.
