Key Responsibilities

The Steel Fixer will be responsible for accurately positioning, cutting, and securing steel bars used in concrete construction. Ensuring structural integrity by following detailed plans and safety guidelines will be a primary part of the daily tasks. Candidates must be able to work efficiently under supervision and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires a commitment of 10 hours per day with one day off each week. The salary is set at 8 QAR per hour. Accommodation and transportation will be provided to support the employee’s needs during their employment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or relevant role in construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks on site
• Willingness to work long hours and adapt to site schedules
