Job Title: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities (guest rooms, public areas, laundry)
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in the hotel industry
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in 3–4 star hotels preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a multicultural team
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar (preference for locally available candidates)
