We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing daily housekeeping operations with a strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience from the hospitality sector and a commitment to maintaining exceptional hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee various housekeeping functions, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services. You will conduct frequent inspections to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards and hotel policies. Training and mentoring housekeeping staff to enhance their performance and motivation will be crucial. Additionally, handling guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure a positive guest experience is a key part of the role. You will also manage supplies and liaise closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to streamline operations. Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years in housekeeping within the hotel industry, including at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience working in 3 to 4 star hotels is preferred. Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication in English are essential. Knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage. The role demands the ability to work well under pressure while managing a diverse and multicultural team. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar, with preference given to those already residing locally.
