Job Overview

We are urgently seeking five experienced Security Patrolling Supervisors to join our team in Qatar. This role involves overseeing patrolling operations and ensuring safety compliance across client sites. Candidates with a strong background in security supervision and incident management are encouraged to apply immediately.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Patrolling Supervisor, your main duties will include:

• Leading and monitoring security patrol teams to maintain safety and security of premises
• Implementing access control procedures and managing incident reports promptly
• Coordinating with security personnel to handle emergencies and enforce company protocols
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential security risks and mitigating them efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in security roles, with prior supervisory responsibilities preferred
• In-depth knowledge of patrolling techniques, access control systems, and incident response
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis
• Good command of English for clear communication
• Valid security training or certification is advantageous

Work Schedule and Compensation

This position requires working 12-hour shifts over 26 days each month. The salary offered is 2200 QAR monthly, along with additional benefits.
