Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Rigging Supervisors to join a leading offshore team in Qatar. This role requires dedicated professionals with proven leadership skills in the rigging and lifting sector, overseeing safe and efficient operations in offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rigging Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising rigging operations, ensuring all lifting activities comply with safety and operational standards. Key tasks include managing rigging teams, coordinating daily workflows, and maintaining rigging equipment to meet project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in offshore rigging and lifting activities, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Possess OPITO Rigging Level III or Level IV certification, or equivalent such as EMTA or NVQ Level 3.
• Valid H2S, TBOSIET, and OMF certifications are mandatory.
• Must have No Objection Certificate (NOC) approval.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage offshore personnel.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold relevant technical certificates as mentioned and demonstrate the ability to lead teams offshore responsibly and safely. Immediate availability to join the project will be considered an advantage.
