Key Responsibilities

The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing client and agent inquiries professionally, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all needs. Key tasks include entering and updating precise reservation details for hotels, transfers, excursions, and additional services. The role requires advising clients on availability and pricing, offering alternative suggestions when necessary to meet their expectations. Handling incoming calls and resolving queries swiftly will be essential, alongside proactively upselling excursions and added-value services to increase revenue.

The executive will also manage bookings through partner online reservation systems and ensure all services are reconfirmed before guest arrivals to guarantee seamless experiences. Contributions to preparing quotations and drafting product descriptions for special offers will also be part of the job requirements.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Qatar ID (QID) and NOC with the ability to transfer sponsorship
• Currently residing within Qatar
• Available to join immediately
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience or familiarity with booking and reservation systems preferred
