Key Responsibilities

The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for inspecting deliveries from suppliers and vendors, verifying items against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Attention to detail is essential to confirm the quantity, quality, and condition of received goods. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the receipt of inventory.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in receiving goods, products, or supplies across industries such as supermarkets, hotels, hospitality, or warehousing
• Strong ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and delivery teams
• Knowledge of verifying deliveries against purchase orders and documentation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
