Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Readymix Production Supervisor with over 15 years of experience in managing dispatch, production oversight, and shipping operations within the ready mix concrete industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating mixer drivers, workshop maintenance, quality control, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mixers and driver operations to maintain timely dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Oversee workshop maintenance to ensure all machinery and vehicles are in optimal working condition.
• Coordinate with quality control laboratories to uphold product standards.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• More than 15 years of relevant experience in ready mix dispatch and production supervision.
• Strong leadership skills to manage teams and daily operations efficiently.
• Valid Saudi and Qatar driving licenses with the capability to also serve as a site supervisor when required.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, Urdu, with working knowledge of Arabic.

• Legal Status: Holding transferable Iqama
