Mezzan Holding Co., a leading name in the food and beverage industry, is currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for their water line operations based in Qatar. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in supervising production teams within bottled water or beverage manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the water production line, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the production team, overseeing the operation of Krones and Sidel machinery, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department. Effective production planning and resource allocation to optimize efficiency will also be essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Krones and Sidel machines is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of the SAP Production module to monitor and manage production processes.
• Proven supervisory experience in bottled water or beverage manufacturing settings.
• Strong leadership ability to guide teams towards achieving production goals.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on operational management.
• Willingness to adapt to shift work as required by production schedules.
