We are seeking a dedicated Pantry Services Supervisor to oversee pantry operations in Qatar. This role is ideal for local candidates ready to take charge of day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Pantry Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all pantry functions effectively. This includes supervising pantry staff, training and monitoring attendants to deliver outstanding service, and conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adequate stock levels. You will also handle customer service issues with professionalism, coordinate schedules, manage supply inventories, and prepare daily operational reports. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies while working closely with Towers and Clusters Foremen is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in supervising pantry or similar service teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage schedules and inventory efficiently

Employment Details

This position offers a competitive monthly salary of QAR 2,500, along with a free transportation allowance (FTA). Immediate joining is preferred for qualified candidates.
