Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations and Logistics Agent based in Qatar to join a dynamic team. This role offers a salary of QAR 3,000 along with accommodation. It’s an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in transportation and logistics who hold a valid light vehicle driving license and have a keen eye for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transport requests, coordinating fleet activities, and ensuring smooth dispatch of vehicles and drivers. Responsibilities include overseeing daily Return to Depot (RTD) checks, maintaining driver compliance with operational standards, and supporting journey documentation and system updates. Monitoring fleet records and escalating any operational concerns promptly is also vital. Maintaining safety and adhering to SOP guidelines is a continuous requirement in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid light vehicle driving license is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Experience working within a transport company will be a strong advantage.
• Existing residence in Qatar with a valid QID is required.
